My name is Angelique and I am the Owner of a small boutique called Mid-Day Modesty. I am not only the owner of Mid-Day Modesty but first and foremost a Wife and Mother of four beautiful children (two of which happen to be twins).
They are truly my inspiration and one of the reasons I continue on in my business journey.
After graduating college with a degree in Fashion Marketing I shortly started a job as an Assistant Store Manager for a big brand retailer. I stayed in my role for 5 years, before quitting to start my own business.
I noticed that there was something missing in the clothing industry for women like me who actually live modesty. I felt like too often I was going into stores and just picking what seemed most modest whether I liked the item or not, and I wasn't comfortable or confident in my walk with modesty. I wanted to be pleasing in the eyes of the Most High, and I didn't want dressing modestly to feel like something grievous. Most of the clothing I came across wasn't practical for my everyday life, so I decided to take on the opportunity and create a space for women who desired more practical modest options like me.
